About

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker therapist based in San Diego. For nearly 20 years, I have supported children, teens and adults who experience anxiety, depression and trauma through individual and family therapy and clinical supervision throughout California.

I particularly enjoy providing compassionate care for those who spend their lives caring for others.

If you are a “helper”—a fellow therapist, nurse, doctor, or teacher—I understand the unique weight you carry and am honored to support you in return.

Beyond my work with professionals, I find deep fulfillment in walking alongside women navigating identity development and the profound transitions of motherhood, including the journey of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum experience.

My approach to therapy

By looking through the lens of attachment and trauma, I help my clients make sense of their past so they can show up more clearly and confidently in their relationships today.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Our work together will unfold in a way that honors who you are and what you need—whether that means traditional talk therapy, mindfulness practices, creative expression, or even the healing power of humor.
