Individual & Family Therapy

Are you the one everyone else leans on? If you are a parent, therapist, nurse, doctor, teacher, or lifelong caregiver, you understand the unique weight of holding space for others while navigating your own life. I specialize in supporting the “helpers” of the world, as well as children and adults navigating the complexities of major life transitions and past traumatic experiences.

My role is to serve as a trusted support and a co-creator in your healing. In our work together, we create a safe, confidential space to look at where you’ve been and where you want to go. To accomplish this, I integrate traditional therapeutic modalities with mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative exercises tailored to your unique needs.

I view therapy as a place where one gets support with the difficult things they are dealing with, as well as receives recognition for the unique person they are. My ultimate goal is to help you show up in your life with more confidence and clarity.

Parent Coaching and Consultation

Both as a professional and as a parent myself, I know how valuable it can be to have support in helping your young ones grow into good human beings. Sometimes this means having someone to vent to or act as a sounding board. Other times, it may be learning new tools and strategies to use in addition to whatever you’re already doing. Whatever will feel most helpful, I want to be there for you. In addition to personal experience as a parent, I am certified in Triple P – Positive Parenting Program, a world-recognized, evidence-based system that gives parents practical strategies to manage behavior, build strong relationships, and reduce family stress. I am also a certified Circle of Security Parenting Program Facilitator, a program designed to help parents and caregivers understand and support their young children’s emotional attachment needs.

Clinical Supervision

I have provided Clinical Supervision and Consultation services to ACSWs, AMFTs and APCCs in a variety of settings – including community mental health, primary care behavioral health, private practice and school based programs. If you are a California therapist working towards licensure and need an experienced Supervisor, please do not hesitate to reach out.
